It is not recommended to begin training if you have:

Acute inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system or chronic conditions in the acute stage.

Conditions requiring immediate surgical treatment.

Less than 6–8 weeks of recovery after surgery.

Malignant tumors.

Pregnancy.

Chronic diseases of the spine, knee joints, or joints in general; acute injuries.

Age under 18.

Heavy menstrual days.

Fibroids, myomas, or other neoplasms.

Cervical ectopia.

Uterine prolapse — a gynecologist consultation is required.
