Online course “Parenting in a couple: a team, not opponents”

I came to the course skeptically, but it turned out that many of our conflicts could be solved with simple phrases and techniques. The family is much calmer now. I recommend it!

The block about supporting each other especially helped me. After giving birth, I felt lonely, even though my husband was there. The course showed how to properly talk about your needs. Now we both understand how important it is to take care not only of the child, but also of our relationship.
